SHINE Sourcing and Supply Chain Solutions provides high-touch and insight-driven sourcing and supply chain strategies to meet the needs of small and mid-size food brands, ingredient companies, restaurants, and school lunch programs. We develop and execute strategies for mission-based brands and projects with a focus on racial equity, gender equity, sustainability, and biodiversity in the supply chain.

Meet Beth
Founder and President
Beth Robertson-Martin started Shine Sourcing Solutions so she could create new industry partnerships, break down barriers, and solve the hardest possible supply chain problems. Basically, Beth wants to change the food system to save the world.
She has extensive experience building strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and farmers from her decade leading agriculture sourcing for General Mills. Her commitment to creating a more sustainable food system stems from her early years of growing up on an organic farm in Southeastern Missouri. Prior to joining General Mills in 2012, Beth led sustainable sourcing groups in the furniture and apparel industry. Before moving into procurement, Beth developed risk management strategies and portfolio management techniques in the financial industry.
